Learn from your Seniors

Seema recently got a job in a big company. Though she is well qualified but still notices her seniors' working methods and strategies. She often takes advice from her seniors when she faces trouble in her work.

The way Seema respects her seniors and uses their knowledge, everyone too should treat their seniors as mentors and use their foresight, knowledge, and advice. Seniors have full knowledge of the company. They are well acquainted with many people in the office and also well informed about various departments. Seniors are confident and bold while speaking to other officers. You can learn communication skills from them.

Before making any senior your mentor makes sure the senior is a good person and also whether she cooperates or not. Only after analyzing all her good and bad traits consider her as your mentor, and beware of the bad seniors.
