Being Quiet is not a Weakness

There’s a general perception around quiet people that they are either unconfident people or extra cunning. There are very few who think of them as smart.
Through this article, I will tell you the positive aspects and benefits of being quiet.
If people respond to insult quietly, then they are labeled as weak and unconfident. However, many times these people are quiet on purpose; they are selective on when to talk, with whom to talk and how much to talk. They don’t want to waste time and energy on quarrels, so they prefer not to say. Psychologists say that quiet people are generally confident and have better concentration power. Being quiet sometimes will also help you get some time to talk to yourself in peace. You will be able to meditate on your thoughts and think clearly.

Nowadays people are so busy in life. This has made them irritated, and even trivial things trigger anger in them. Being quiet for some time can help bring down stress levels and calm down anger. Even doctors say speaking too much and living in noisy places makes people angry and irritated.  Yes, we should keep cordial relations with people but avoid talking too much for no reason. Being quiet for some time relaxes our minds and boosts creativity. Quite people are patient and can think things through. It is their strength.

So we got to know the positive aspects of being quiet. However, I would also mention that not sharing your sufferings with others and suffocating inside is not strength. By being quiet, what I mean is accumulating positive energy inside, as this is a great way of getting positivity.
