Take care of your skin and hair in monsoon
Most of us love monsoon, don't we? It's windy outside, greenery on trees, and you're at your home sipping the ever so soothing ginger tea.
Yes, everything seems great in this season, but there are a few we have to take care of in the monsoon.
People start having some skin and hair related problems that can make us worried. The reason for these problems is (in most cases) fungus. We become susceptible to fungal infections in this season, and you already know the reason for this.
Now, let's take a look at how we can combat these problems -
In this season, we get rashes and bumps after coming in contact with rainwater.
To stop letting this happen, we should always try to dry ourselves quickly and put on a preferred moisturizer. Also, wash your face often if it's prone to pimple breakouts.
Some people find their skin to be itchy and sticky. This problem makes them feel uncomfortable, which results in frustration.
To get rid of the stickiness, try to exfoliate your skin when you can.
Now comes this most irritating problem of all. Yes, we are talking about dandruff! Excessive sweat in this season causes dandruff, which leads to hair fall.
To get rid of (and prevent) dandruff, wash your hair almost everyday with a herbal anti-dandruff shampoo. Also, avoid putting oil as it stocks sweat on our scalp.
